Returns & Exchanges

Change of mind returns:

Orders from may be returned within 14 days of their arrival. Purchases made through the ONE PLANET® shop or other retailers must be returned to the point of purchase. Returned products must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging, with all tags still intact.  Simply complete our returns form and send the goods back to the ONE PLANET factory.

We will cover the cost of sending out replacement items, but not the postage for returning goods to us. We are not responsible for items missing in transit. When returning your goods, we suggest using a mail service that allows tracking.

Damaged goods or incorrect order:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us.

Order cancellations:
If you place an online order and change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help to cancel your order and process an exchange or refund.

Discounted items
Items sold at a discount for any reason are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. If you have any questions please contact us.
