Orders placed for in-stock items are normally shipped the next working day. Down sleeping bags are different as they are filled and finished to order, so please allow 1-3 working days for us to make your bag.

You will receive an email containing an Australia Post tracking number when your order is dispatched.

International

• International shipping does not include import duties, taxes and clearing fees. When the delivery arrives in another country, any applicable fees must be paid by the customer.
• If your country is not eligible at the check out, please contact us so we can advise on how to proceed.
• We do not accept international exchanges. Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
